Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If your item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange, credit, or refund (depending on the circumstances).
You can return items within 90 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

In original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
How to Return

Email info@dstallworks.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply with instructions and a return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your exchange, store credit, or refund.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postage service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
Exchanges
If you’d like to swap for another size or colour, please let us know in your email so we can hold the item for you while your return is on its way.
Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and approved.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account (depending on your payment provider).
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@dstallworks.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
We’ll organise a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.
Sale Items
Sale and discounted items can be exchanged for another size or colour (if available), but are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.
