Our Policy
We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If your item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange or refund.
You can return items within 60 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

In original condition, with tags attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
How to Return

Please package your return and include a note with what you're after (exchange information or a refund).
- Send your order back with Australia Post, and save the tracking number.

4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed within 4 business days of receiving the returned parcel.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 4 business days of receiving the returned parcel. Please allow an additional up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account (if you paid by card).
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@dstallworks.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll remedy the issue as quickly as possible.
