Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping — Australia

For orders over $170, shipping is free Australia-wide.
Free shipping is sent via Australia Post’s standard tracked service.

For Australian orders under $170, and all international orders, shipping costs are calculated by weight and based on Australia Post rates.
We don’t charge any handling fees — you only pay what we pay.


Free Insurance

Every order is automatically insured — at no extra cost.

Please note: selecting “Authority to Leave” (delivery without signature) will void this insurance.

If your order hasn’t arrived, please allow 12 business days from the shipping date before lodging a claim. In most cases, parcels arrive or are located within this period. If not, we’ll resend your order or issue a refund.


Dispatch Times

We ship orders as quickly as possible. Your estimated dispatch date will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

If your order contains multiple items, it will be shipped together based on the latest dispatch date. To receive items separately, please place separate orders.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent. Check your junk folder if you don’t see it by 5 PM on the dispatch day.


Same-Day Dispatch

Same-day dispatch is available for in-stock items.
For multiple-item orders or if inventory hasn’t synced, the final dispatch time is confirmed at checkout.


Delivery Times

Australian Deliveries

  • Standard Post: 2–5 business days (metro) / 4–8 business days (regional)

  • Express Post: 1–2 business days (most metro areas)

  • Courier Express: Next business day (most metro areas)

International Deliveries

  • International Express Courier: 7–15 business days


Haven’t Received Your Delivery?

If your order has been dispatched and the estimated delivery time has passed, check your local post office first and quote your tracking number (found in your shipping confirmation email).
If you still can’t locate it, please contact us at info@dstallworks.com.au.


Delays

We do our best to dispatch all orders quickly, but delivery delays can happen due to postal backlogs, customs processing, public holidays, or extreme weather.
Unfortunately, these are beyond our control, and D-Stall Works cannot be held responsible for such delays.


Import Tax / Duty — International Orders

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Regulations vary by country and may change without notice.
