Australian Shipping

For orders over $150, shipping is free Australia-wide.

For orders under $150, the shipping cost is $11

Free shipping is sent via Australia Post Regular - trackable service.

Free Order Insurance

Every order is automatically insured — at no extra cost.

If your order hasn’t arrived, please allow 10 business days from the shipping date before lodging a claim. In most cases, parcels arrive or are located within this period. If not, we’ll resend your order or issue a refund.

Dispatch Times

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been sent. Check your junk folder if you don’t see it.

Same-Day Dispatch

Same-day dispatch is available for in-stock items. The cut-off time is 2 pm AEST.

Pre Orders

Any pre-orders will be clearly identified. Dispatch times are good estimates, but delays can occur, in which case you will be notified of any delays. 

Delivery Times

Australian Deliveries

• Standard Post: 3–5 business days (metro) / 4–7 business days (regional)

• Express Post: 1 business day (most metro areas)

International Deliveries

• International Express: 7–15 business days

Delays

We pack & send every order out as fast as we can. That said, delays can happen once a package leaves our hands—postal backlogs, customs checks, public holidays, or extreme weather can all slow things down.

While we can’t control those hold-ups, we’ll always do our part to get your order moving and keep things transparent.
